Zero Outflow of Defects
Equipped with complete 5D (3D&2D) illumination mechanism
- 4-directional projector (3D)
Equipped with an illumination mechanism that can project a striped image infinitely close to a sine wave. The Z range of -5 to +20 mm can be measured at a resolution of 1 µm. Minimized variation to 3σ ±5 micron (data taken using our evaluation PCB).
- Large 2-stage illumination (2D)
Upper-stage episcopic illumination (R) and lower-stage circular illumination (RGB) of 300 mm in diameter. Greatly improves performance of character check etc. with versatile illumination control.

Omnidirectional imaging with vertical and 4-directional oblique cameras
- 25 mega pixel top camera
Equipped with aseismatic telecentric lens of 125 mm in diameter, securing the industry’s largest level of 69 mm x 69 mm viewing angle.
- 4-directional oblique camera (optional)
Reliably captures and inspects locations that cannot be captured by the vertical camera, such as leads hidden in the lip of a connector.

Enhanced fillet determination expression
Widely applicable from securing inspection quality in a short time to high-accuracy defect detection, combining three determination modes
Combination of three determination modes provides a wide range of applications, from securing inspection quality in a short time to high-accuracy defect detection.

- Free setting method
Detects defects based on one or multiple factors of manufacturer’s default settings.
- SJ judge method
Set based on the trend of factors’ evaluation values obtained from OK samples. Determined as defective when the value deviates from the good product trend range.
- Determination analysis method
Let the inspection equipment learn OK/NG samples to extract factors that allow OK/NG separation appropriately. OK or NG is determined based on the combination of these factors. (Multivariate analysis)
What is multivariate analysis?
